Join a team that shows up when people are having one of the worst days of their lives, and makes it better.
Restoration is emotional, not technical. The water damage is the easy part. The person standing in it is the job.
Restoration work takes more than technical skill. It takes people who show up, work together, solve problems, and care about doing the job right. Our core values shape how we work, how we treat one another, and how we serve our clients every day.
We follow through on commitments, take responsibility, and stay steady under pressure.
We communicate respectfully, support our coworkers, and know that success is shared.
We focus on fixing the problem, not on blame, and bring ideas that move work forward.
We treat clients, coworkers, vendors, and the public professionally, always.
We care deeply about quality, safety, and the experience we create for the people we serve.
We invest in our people because great restoration work starts with a great team. From training and certifications to health benefits, the right equipment, and opportunities to grow, we give you the support and resources to build a career you can be proud of.
Whether you’re just getting started or you’re ready to lead, we have a place for people who want to work hard, learn, and grow. Our field team has a clear path forward, with training and opportunities to take on more responsibility as you develop your skills.
The foundation of our field team. You’ll do mitigation, cleanup, and restoration work, set up and run equipment, follow safety procedures, and represent BRC professionally in clients’ homes.
No experience? That’s fine. We train people who show up, work hard, and want to learn.
Next step: Senior Technician
You work on your own, finish jobs to a high standard without needing constant direction, and help train newer Technicians.
IICRC certifications are expected or in progress.
Next step: Lead Technician
You run the job site. You direct Technicians and Senior Techs, own quality and safety on every job, fix problems as they come up, and are our main point of contact in the field.
Relevant IICRC certifications are required.
Next step: Field Operations Supervisor
